​If you have a more substantial need for support, but are not sure of when you will need it, you can pre-purchase hours with us and then pull from that bank of hours as-needed.  This option provides a bit more flexibility as you can use the hours as they are needed, rather than lose unused hours with a monthly package.  Any pre-purchased hours are good for one calendar year, and if you purchase 20+ hours, we can offer you a discounted rate of 10% off our standard Project rate.  These hours can be used for any type of SharePoint support, and requests are fielded with an 8-hour guaranteed response time.
