​SharePoint911 is extending our Remote Support and Help Desk services to include a Monthly Service Offering.  This offering is fitting for those organizations that have a regular need for SharePoint support and need prompt response times.  The main advantage for doing so is the rate is greatly discounted of the standard Ad Hoc remote support rate.  In addition to this discount, the following features are included in the Monthly Service Offering:

• System Review:  This is one of our most popular services.  Not only does this allow our team to familiarize ourselves with your environment but it gives you the opportunity to receive feedback on your installation and configuration from one of our veteran infrastructure specialists
• E-mail, Phone, and Webcast support:  Support is provided Monday-Friday (non-holidays) from 9:00am-5:00pm EST/EDT
• Guaranteed 4-hour response time during regular support hours:  Monthly Service Offering clients get access to a separate E-mail account that is monitored by several of our team members.  This ensures that your requests are answered promptly.
• 10 hours of consulting per calendar month:  These hours can be used towards Site Administration, Site Collection Administration, and Server Administration.  This includes all out-of-the-box functionality.  (Note:  Excluded from this list of options is Branding and Custom Development that requires custom code.  These two areas are not available in the Monthly Service Offering, please call to receive a quote to include Branding and Custom Development in the Monthly Service Offering.) Weekly reports that provide clients with a status update for their hour usage.

• Branding and Custom Development solutions are not included in the monthly service offering.  Please call to receive a quote to include these services.
• For clients needing additional availability for service and support requests, for an additional monthly fee we can extend our service hours to run from Monday-Friday (non-holidays) 8:00am-8:00pm EST/EDT.  Also included with this add-on are two weekend incidents per year.
